Complaints and returns

Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days from receipt.

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition.

All products that are damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours from receipt of goods.

We will replace any damaged items

If you receive a shipment with exterior damage, or has been opened or re-taped,

you must file a claim at the TIME OF DELIVERY WITH THE DRIVER.

Please make sure the driver notes the problem in his delivery record.

Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately.

We will follow up on the claim. The carrier will credit us (the shipper) and we will take care of you.

Safety

All customer information is completely confidential.

We never sell, distribute, rent, loan, trade, or otherwise disclose information to anyone.

We do not require a minimum order amount.

Products are packed in save and neutral boxes.

For companies

If you are a company located in the European Union and if we have your correct VAT-number,

then you will NOT be charged with VAT.

If you are located outside the European Union, then you will not be charged with VAT as well.

Delivery

The order cost includes the transport cost.

The order cost depends on the weight of the shipment

We use PostNL for transport.
