Heavy duty locking rubber collar. Locking design prevents the wearer from removing without the key. Built to have the durability and strength of collars twice its price. Incorporates 3 D rings in the front and another small D-ring in the back for more points of attachment. Rubber is easy to clean compared to leather so no worries about being messy.
Collar fits necks from 34.3 cm to 47 cm. Locks sold separately.
